Truventis Social Media provides social media strategy, marketing campaigns, employee policy and training, monitoring and compliance services. The firm works with a range of clients across healthcare, banking, insurance, legal services and other industries.

The company principal, John Theriault, has authored a series of white papers on social media, including; "Opportunity and Risk in Social Media for Financial Service Providers" and “Best Practices for Social Media”. He writes a monthly column for the New England Business Bulletin and hosts a weekly radio show called the “Digital Insider” which airs on WSAR

John grew up in Holden, MA and holds a Bachelor’s degree from UMASS Dartmouth, and a Master’s Degree from Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government.
